Ethiopia Gesha Village Oma lot 22/E-23 Honey Mossto Anaerobic

The cup profile is very sweet and dominant in it's orange characteristics. Think of orange blossom water and freshly squeezed orange juice. There's a complexity that reminds us of orgeat, a common cocktail ingredient. It's elegant, clean and very well composed, with complimentary notes of peach, marzipan and dates.
