From La Palma y El Tucan Estate, was co-founded by visionary scientists, passionate entrepreneurs, dedicated farmers, and talented artists.

Their goal was to elevate the fruity flavors and rich sugars inherent in coffee beans to their fullest potential. To achieve this, the beans undergo a meticulous process, starting with a 100-hour anaerobic fermentation period. Each batch is fermented with their unique substrates, ensuring a distinct flavor profile. The beans are then sun-dried using traditional methods.

The result is a coffee that exudes elegance, with flavors reminiscent of a harmonious blend of floral tea and fruits.
