Like a walk through an apple orchard in spring.
There's something we really enjoy about washed Ethiopian coffees — the way their floral character can feel so natural and effortless.
 
This one starts with delicate elderflower and chrysanthemum tea, gently opening up to the juicy sweetness of fresh apples, with a little bergamot lingering in the background.
We chose a 7:30min roast to highlight those delicate florals while keeping the flavours clear and distinct.
 
Light, refreshing and easy to come back to. The kind of coffee we'd happily drink every day.
