Sourced from the Uraga Solomo washing station in the Guji zone of Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, this exceptional coffee is cultivated at 1,945–1,970 meters above sea level by local smallholder farmers. The station is equipped with 10 standardized fermentation tanks and 215 drying beds, ensuring precise and consistent processing.
Coffee trees thrive under the natural shade of Cordia and Acacia trees, with local varietals including Kumie, Diga, and Wilsho.
Renowned for producing some of the world's most sought-after microlots, the Guji region benefits from high altitudes (up to 2,200m), fertile soil, consistent rainfall, and deep-rooted farming expertise.
These ideal conditions contribute to the distinctive cup profile of bright citric acidity, juicy stone fruits, sweet chocolate undertones, and delicate floral and herbal notes such as lavender, jasmine, bergamot, and hops.
Perfect for those who appreciate a refined and complex coffee, Ethiopia Guji Uraga shines in cold brews, black coffee, and filter extractions, bringing out its vibrant, tea-like elegance.
